Customer Care Attendant 


We are looking for sales expert; People that are good at selling (convincing people to take action) To serve as customer care attendant for Cfd Wellness Global Nig Ltd



Position Summary


The purpose of this role is to provide an amazing experience to cfd wellness customers 


You will help our customers take desired actions by providing polite and timely services when needed.


You will be responsible for responding to phone calls, emails, SMS and social media messages.


You will be working with our CRM system, processes and contents with requests from customers on daily basis.





The most important requirement is; Ability to learn fast. This would be used to screen a lot of people out.

we are a health and wellness company, we believe that anybody (even if not from a medical background) can handle this job excellently if they are a fast learner 


Other requirements include;

  • Experience in communicating with 30+ customers per day (calls & social media)
  • Integrity, self-awareness and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Have experience using Google Drive, Email, Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & PowerPoint), Zoom/Skype & Facebook (in general).




Here is what our preferred candidate should look like;


  • Male & Female Needed
  • Must be below 30 years 
  • Must be single 
  • Must be a Graduate (we don’t take students or those intending to return to school)
  • Must Reside in Lagos state
  • Must have At least 1 year experience in customer service role 
  • Experience in an online business environment.
  • Copywriting skill is an added advantage 



Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Call customers for confirmation after an order has been received.
  • Provide knowledgeable and polite answers to inquiries regarding cfd wellness products.
  • Assist clients on placing an order.
  • Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics manager.
  • Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers
  • Manage customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools.
  • Assist customers with after-sales services.
  • Resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Communicate concisely our company policies to clients.
  • Maintain and update regular client correspondence.


Every tool needed for the Job would be provided by cfd wellness
